Natural Remedies: Smoothie Ingredients

LoriB.Wordpress.com has listed a number of superfood ingredients for morning smoothies.

Personally I try to incorporate:

Flax seeds for digestion

Yogurt for thryoid, protein, metabolism

Ginger, cayenne pepper and turmeric for inflammation

Parsley for immune

Spinach for iron and calcium

Blueberries for immune and skin

I use all these in my Superfood Blueberry Parfait, another great way to get these and more natural remedies into your diet!
