Natural Remedies: Kick-in-the-Ass Juice Recipe

Give your whole body a jump start.

Drink this ultra healthy remedy daily to support almost every system in the body. You will notice your focus and energy increase (skip the coffee) your digestion will become smoother and an all around boost in the physical quality of life. 


2 liter bottle of seltzer water (drink about 1.5 cups)

Ginger beer sryup- REAL ginger ale

  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup sugar (next time I will try with honey since it’s healthier)
  •  Combine in saucepan, stir until sugar dissolves. Let sit for 1 hour
  • Strain liquid away from solid ginger
  • Bonus: the leftover ginger bits taste like candy!

1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

  • Bragg’s is always a good choice

1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon Turmeric

1 Organic Lemon or lime, juiced

  • Not from concentrate

Combine these ingredients in the 2 liter seltzer water bottle, refrigerate. If the flavor is too strong or concentrated for your taste, pour into seltzer or still water.

I like to pour it through a cheese cloth, swallowing the cayenne powder can be VERY spicy at times. This drink is SPICY enough as it is. 🌶🌶🌶🌶
